Buying a second - hand/used vehicle:
Registration Certificate or Log Book:
• It is important that you always obtain the original Registration Certificate and inspect it before you pay for a vehicle.
• The name of the owner and the title holder on the registration certificate must be the same.
• If the title holder is a financial institution - make sure the vehicle has been paid in full and you have a NCO form signed by the financial institution as well as a copy of the ID of the financial institution proxy ID.
• RWC not older than 6 weeks
• Make sure that if vehicle was stolen a Police Clearance has been obtained.
• Make sure that if the vehicle engine has been changed that a Police Clearance was obtained and the E-natis system has been updated.

• If you accept the quotation please sign and email or fax back with the attached client sheet

• Also scan and email required documents like ID, proof of address etc

Turn around time:

• 3 to 5 working days - Same day at a additional fee of R 180

Return of Issued Licence Disk.

• We will courier the licence disk to your nearest Post Office, Postnet, Your Physical address.

Documents needed for a Vehicle Registration
• Our Client Sheet
• Original Registration Paper of Vehicle (RC1)
• Completed and signed by owner RLV (Blue)
• Proof of physical address
• Original Certified copy of ID not older than 6 months - photo quality
• RWC not older than six weeks if a second hand vehicle
• Date of license expiring
• Tarra weight of vehicle

How to Estimate Licensing Fees in Arrears.

• Take Tarra weight of vehicle as found on license disk.

• Get license fee from weight band.

• Work out 15% of license fee.

• Times the 15% amount with the amount of mounts in arrear.

• Add the license fee

• Add R 36 E-Natis Fee

That will equal the license fee excluding our Service Fee
